I would like to start by thanking you for giving RCS (Rawan Cleaning Service) the opportunity to review and to explain to you what makes our cleaning company different from any others.
Before RCS started 11 years ago, we were a family company that was going out from one building to another looking for facilities. It was difficult in the beginning because we did not advertise and we did not do anything that would let people notice us. The one thing we did have was a cleaning company with quality work. Only with the fact we do a terrific cleaning job, we expanded to a bigger company just by the quality of our advertising. Always keep in mind those who do a lot of advertising need the advertising and also charge their customers for it. Our biggest advertisement is word of mouth.

There is one question to always ask yourself. Why should I pay all the extras with those real big companies/ franchises when I could have better quality work GUARANTEED for an even better price GUARANTEED? What I am trying to get at is with most janitorial services, especially the ones that have franchisees. They have all those hidden charges for advertisements, their personal training programs, their equipment, etc. With RCS it’s not like that. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES, you pay for the quality work you’re going to receive and that’s it!
Our staff is properly trained before they are assigned to a cleaning site. Also, we do not just send someone out to do the cleaning, we have people who go out and inspect their work, but not at your expense.
